Hi, I'm Katya.
I'm not a professional organizer who studied busy families from the outside.
I am one. I live this life - the same mental load, the same never-ending lists.
For twenty years, I have worked as a Senior Business Analyst - building systems, solving complex problems, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.
Outside of work, life has always been just as full: raising three children, navigating competitive dance and judo schedules, coordinating family logistics, and somehow keeping everything moving at once.
And in between all of that, we travel. A lot.
From Europe to Orlando, Hawaii to the American canyons, quick weekend getaways to long-haul family trips - I became the person who could make complicated travel look effortless.
I didn't realize it at the time, but I was already doing the kind of work Logivia is built around.
Over time, I started looking at household management through the same lens I had always used professionally: What can be simplified? What can be organized better? What can be taken off someone's plate entirely?
That's how Logivia started.
I began developing it as a way to bring together the two things I know extremely well - managing complexity and managing real family life.
Because running a household isn't just about keeping a calendar or booking an appointment. It's contractors and repairs, school emails and activities, travel plans, appointments, purchases, pets, paperwork, and the hundred small things that somehow all need to happen at the right time.
