Hi, I'm Katya.

I'm not a professional organizer who studied busy families from the outside.

I am one. I live this life - the same mental load, the same never-ending lists.

For twenty years, I have worked as a Senior Business Analyst - building systems, solving complex problems, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.

Outside of work, life has always been just as full: raising three children, navigating competitive dance and judo schedules, coordinating family logistics, and somehow keeping everything moving at once.

And in between all of that, we travel. A lot.

From Europe to Orlando, Hawaii to the American canyons, quick weekend getaways to long-haul family trips - I became the person who could make complicated travel look effortless.

I didn't realize it at the time, but I was already doing the kind of work Logivia is built around.

Today, I help busy families bring structure, calm, and breathing room back into their daily lives - not because I studied it, but because I live it every single day. And because I know exactly what it takes to make a full, busy, beautiful life run smoothly.
